Land Director

Sam has 7 years’ experience in the Planning and Development sector, beginning his career in Planning Consultancy and Regional Government.

Throughout his career, Sam has fulfilled a variety of roles across the sector, including management of regional teams in strategic land, as well as direct roles in the field. Other responsibilities include identifying, acquiring, and promoting land for future sale to national and regional housebuilders as well as registered housing providers across the UK.

Sam continues to source suitable sites for residential, affordable housing as well as extra care/assisted living and manages the contractual negotiations and purchase of each site.

Working closely with the internal pre-construction team, Sam employs and manages the services of a trusted team of consultants to deliver each site in line with agreed terms and timescales.

I specialise in the delivery of new homes which cater for range of different needs, price points, and tenures. Key to the purchase of each site is understanding the particular aspirations of each landowner and Local Authority and the requirements of the end user. Drawing on our thoughtful approach and extensive in-house expertise across the Group, I am able to ensure each turn key development is executed seamlessly for our partners.
