Project Overview

Client: Magenta Living & Onward Homes
Estimated Value: £14.3M
Completed: In Progress

Summary

Work is now underway at Halton Court, consisting of 119 residential dwellings in Runcorn, under a £14.3m contract. The project is in joint partnership with both Magenta Living and Onward Homes.

Project Information

The development at Halton Court includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes in a community which has been identified as needing a boost to the supply of houses available for shared ownership and affordable living. Halton Court is being delivered under a joint venture between Onward Homes and Wirral-based housing association, Magenta Living.

The scheme marks the first project in which Onward Homes and Anwyl Partnerships have collaborated, whilst also strengthening their existing partnership with Magenta Living, following on from the handover of Barncroft Extra Care in Pensby, Wirral back in July 2020.

Work at Halton Court had stalled during the summer months following the original contractor falling into administration. Anwyl Partnerships and Onward Homes, together with Magenta Living, are now developing the site to transform the site into a new neighbourhood.
