Project Information

Part of a £8.5million land and build agreement, two existing buildings at the 1.2-acre site off Greenheys Road have been demolished to make way for the 53 apartments, which includes 45 one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units.

There are currently no similar older persons living developments in Wallasey, meaning this scheme will provide the answer to a niche gap that sits between independent living and care home living.
