Father Christmas has come early this year for the Longbarn community, thanks to Anwyl Partnerships and their work at the Harpers Green extra care site in Warrington.
The team have delivered 50 selection treat boxes and a host of raffle prizes to the local Longbarn community, in partnership with the Longbarn Residents’ Association.
The Christmas chocolate treats are being handed out to the children at a local nursery situated opposite the construction site, whilst the Longbarn Residents Association festive raffle will be boosted with the donation of luxury prizes.
Anwyl Partnerships is currently developing a large-scale extra care scheme in the community on Harpers Road, in partnership with housing group Torus, and is keen to support the local community.
This is our largest development which is being built over a considerable period. Forging links with the local community has been, and continues to be incredibly important to us. It’s great to be able to share some festive cheer with some small treats for local residents – big and little!

Harpers Road is a four-storeys 10,000 square metre extracare scheme that includes 97-one and two bedroom apartments, a central feature courtyard and a host of internal and external communal facilities including a bistro, hair salon and a community bowling green. The scheme is due for completion in May 2020.
