Trainee Design Assistant

Megan is currently supported by Anwyl to study Architectural Design Technology at university, with aspirations to become a Design Manager in the future. Her approach to learning, coupled with hands-on project and site experience, are rapidly strengthening her knowledge of the industry.

Megan is a dynamic member of our in-house design team, providing assistance to the Design Managers and working collaboratively with the wider technical team, to ensure effective delivery of all aspects of design. Megan is proficient in BIM Level 2, and is supporting the team as we implement a lean approach to working processes including a wider reduction of of waste and risk.

 ‘My focus is to gain the skills and knowledge required to provide a quality design for our clients. I am committed to gaining experience within the industry whilst striving for change as a female in construction.’
