Planning Manager

John has over 10 years’ experience within the planning and development industry, working in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining Anwyl, John worked for a national strategic land company where he promoted and secured residential planning consents across the UK. In his public sector roles, John was also responsible for the preparation and delivery of local plans.

In his position in the land team, John is responsible for appraising sites which are suitable for residential development and leading them through the planning application process.
