Jack holds a wealth of experience in his field, having spent 5 years working as a land and commercial property consultant in Manchester. Jack is a chartered surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), with his previous experience being centred around identifying, advising and disposing / acquiring land and property across the North West.

Jack understands the difficulties and barriers which can often delay the land development process and brings his experience of such to control these situations, to move developments forward without delay.

At Anwyl, Jack is responsible for the identification, appraisal, acquisition, and delivery of immediate land opportunities across North West England and North Wales for mixed tenure and affordable family housing, PRS, extra care and retirement living developments, amongst others.

Jack manages the planning permission process and delivers on immediate land opportunities, supporting the Senior Land Manager in delivering each project within timescales and budgets set with partners and end users.

I strive to ensure a seamless process for all involved when delivering each project. My strength lies in identifying unique development opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, landowners, consultants and in-house team to ensure the delivery of each development for our partners.
