Project Manager

Dean’s career within the construction industry spans some 30 years. In this time he has gained experience in all sectors and disciplines, with his main focus being the design and management of developments from initial appraisal, through to construction and handover of the product to the end user.

With experience and close working relationships with clients and consultants, Dean has successfully delivered schemes in many sectors, including, strategic land, commercial, industrial and residential developments, and for varying tenures including, private ownership, affordable housing and extra care models.

I possess an excellent understanding of the planning process and current planning constraints, enabling the design and development potential of schemes to be maximized, whilst ensuring a close working relationship with local authorities and external consultants.
