Senior Estimator

Addien has worked in the construction industry for 18 years having begun her career as a trainee, completing relevant qualifications to progress to senior estimator. Her comprehensive knowledge foundation was formed having spent several of her trainee years based on site in management and quantity surveying roles. This experience has enriched her knowledge of a variety of construction and procurement processes.

Addien has previously worked in Cost Planning & Estimating for large regional divisions and specialises in multi-person occupancy accommodation and education. She is confident in steel and concrete frame, modular build and fast-track construction methods.

At Anwyl, Addien is responsible for cost planning from inception through to analytical cost submissions whilst delivering value engineered packages to ensure economic built solutions for our clients.

I have a particular passion for delivering best value for the Client, and enjoy working collaboratively to understand and meet their requirements, drivers and goals. This in turn, enables me to look at schemes from an informed perspective, questioning methodologies, buildability and challenging aspects, to ensure projects are delivered that exceed all aspirations.
