We partner to deliver high-quality shared ownership and affordable/social rented homes.
Currently, we are in discussions with Funds and Build to Rent Investors to diversify our offering and help to provide private rented homes. This can be on a standalone site or as part of a broader joint venture, enhancing the delivery of larger, scalable land parcels, and increasing housing tenure diversity to improve homeowner choice.
