Anwyl Partnerships’ site team at the Grange development in Rhyl have hosted an early Christmas party for local residents from a nearby care home which specialises in dementia care.
Anwyl Partnerships is currently building an over-55’s housing scheme for Wales & West Housing on the site of the former Grange Hotel, which was destroyed by fire over a decade ago.
Anwyl team members have engaged with local groups and businesses since work began in June 2017 and were keen to show their support for the Bradshaw Manor care home which sits next to the development.
The Christmas party took place on 10th December and included an afternoon of food, fun and entertainment from local professional singer, Carly.
It’s great to be able to share some of the festivities with the local community in the run up to Christmas. Bradshaw Manor is a fantastic care home that has some wonderful residents and to be able to fund their party is an absolute pleasure.

Work at the Grange site is expected to achieve completion in January 2021.
