Staff charity days

Thoughtful building means actively encouraging our team to participate in staff charity and community days.

The staff charity days initiative enables our employees to volunteer for the day at a charitable or not-for-profit organisation of their choice, providing hands-on support to local social enterprises. We also actively engage in Business Mentor Wales providing support to local businesses and enterprises.

We recently participated in a Wear It Red Day to help raise funds for the British Heart Foundation. Employees dressed up in red with the aim of raising money for the British Heart Foundation, from red ties to red knitted jumpers, all stops were pulled out to not only help raise awareness but to help stop heart disease once and for all. Not only was there a collection around the offices, but a large number of cakes were baked and sold off, and over £300 was raised on the day.

Anwyl Construction also actively engages in Business Mentor Wales providing support to local businesses and enterprises.
