Project Information

The 3 storey building consists of a reception area, various offices, break out spaces, staff amenities area and meetings rooms. Incorporated on the ground floor is an industrial storage area and depot, secured by a roller-shutter door system for exclusive use by the in-house maintenance department, Cambria.

Sustainable Home Building

The building was designed to be energy efficient to provide a sustainable facility for the client’s future expansion plans. PV panels installed on the main roof of the building, providing a 25KW array

There are car parking spaces were allocated specifically for eco-friendly electric vehicle charging and the car park itself was fitted with PV powered lighting. A hi-tech heating system using ground source heat pumps and a sophisticated building management system was implemented, as well as sensory activated lighting and hand washing facilities, controlling energy and water usage.
