Due to growing demand in the social housing sector, Wales & West Housing Association required a new regional office for their North Wales team. The new office building was designed with style and comfort, fully equipped for their contact centre, housing department and maintenance team to operate productively under one roof.

Project Information

The 3 storey building consists of a reception area, various offices, break out spaces, staff amenities area and meetings rooms. Incorporated on the ground floor is an industrial storage area and depot, secured by a roller-shutter door system for exclusive use by the in-house maintenance department, Cambria.

Sustainable Home Building

The building was designed to be energy efficient to provide a sustainable facility for the client’s future expansion plans. PV panels installed on the main roof of the building, providing a 25KW array

There are car parking spaces were allocated specifically for eco-friendly electric vehicle charging and the car park itself was fitted with PV powered lighting. A hi-tech heating system using ground source heat pumps and a sophisticated building management system was implemented, as well as sensory activated lighting and hand washing facilities, controlling energy and water usage.
