Project Information

This two-year project for North West growth and regeneration group, Torus will see the site of the former Rock Ferry High School reimagined to support wider regeneration plans in the area. Anwyl Partnerships will deliver the construction of 84 new homes — 19 Shared Ownership and 65 Affordable Rent — alongside a 102-apartment Extra Care Scheme.

Initial construction work is now well underway onsite, with an archaeological strip having already taken place. This transformative project is set to continue until early 2023, as we work in partnership to create high-quality, affordable housing options in the Wirral, Merseyside.
