Specialists in the provision of residential land and build developments, Anwyl Partnerships, has reaffirmed its commitment to keeping all sites and offices open in the face of new Government Covid-19 measures, as it is set to handover a flagship Extra Care development in Warrington in the coming weeks.

The £11.3m Harpers Green over 55’s development from Northwest Housing Group, Torus on Harpers Road, Warrington, includes 97-one and two bedroom apartments, the project marking one of the largest extra care schemes delivered by the firm to date. Set across four-storeys, the 10,000 square metre site includes a central feature courtyard and a host of internal and external communal facilities including a bistro, hair salon and a community bowling green.

Anwyl Partnerships operates across North west England and North Wales and is introducing measures according to region, in response to changing Government directives.

Working on schemes in different boroughs means that different restrictions apply, as such we are monitoring any change on a site by site basis. We are committed to keeping all sites open and support our supply chain by ensuring we operate a full workforce, with many of our own team members currently working from home.

“The upcoming handover of Harpers Green following lockdown and the restrictions surrounding the pandemic is testament to the strength and resilience shown by the team. We are steadfast in our approach and continue to make progress on each of our sites, coupled with a number of exciting new developments in the pipeline which will start to take shape this side of Christmas.

“Whilst these are undoubtedly difficult times, we believe that it’s important to continue our operations and embrace the ‘new normal’, having adapted many of processes to ensure we can continue to do so, in line with Government advice.
